1. Not Medical Advice

Mentasm is a platform for peer mentorship based on lived experience. Mentors are NOT licensed therapists, counselors, or medical professionals. If you are in crisis, you must contact emergency services.

2. Code of Conduct

Users must behave professionally. Harassment, hate speech, or solicitation of illegal acts will result in immediate ban. Sharing personal contact information (phone numbers, email) to circumvent the platform is prohibited.

3. Payments & Refunds

Sessions are paid in advance. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a session are fully refundable. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
