We collect only what is necessary to verify your identity and facilitate mentorship sessions. This includes your name, email, professional history, and payment details.

2. Session Privacy

We do not record audio or video of sessions by default. Any recording requires explicit, opt-in consent from both parties. We do not sell your conversation data to third parties.

3. Vanguard System

Our automated safety system (Vanguard) processes text and audio in real-time solely for the purpose of detecting policy violations (harassment, sharing personal contact info). This data is not stored permanently unless a violation is detected.
